Rapid deal sees confidence in manufacturing increasing in telford

A new manufacturing company is to locate to Telford bringing both confidence as well as new jobs to the region.

Working with experienced Chartered Surveyors, Bulleys, i2r Packaging Solutions was able to first view and complete on the new premises within six weeks.

With 4,000 sq m of prime space on Stafford Park 12, the new site for i2r will enable them to fit out a first class manufacturing base for the company. Making high quality, smooth wall aluminium trays for the food industry, i2r Packaging Solutions is known for its ground breaking innovations within the packaging sector.

Commenting on the move, i2r CEO, Peter Reay said;

“We looked at suitable premises across the whole west midlands region and with the help of Bulleys Chartered Surveyors were able to find an ideal location. Adjacent to the country’s motorway network and with 98% of the UK’s population within four hours of Telford, we feel that we are at the heart of the country’s transport network and within easy reach of all our clients.
 
“The new premises allow us to install the latest technology and manufacturing equipment and give us the space to grow. Coupled with a skilled workforce in Telford from which we can recruit, we feel that we have made an important business decision to come to the area.”
