Sales Office Administration: Our working hours during the festive period are as follows:
Closed – 24th December from 1pm until 9am on 29th December
Closed - 1st January until 8:45 on 4th January
Open 09.00 to 15:00 - 29th, 30th & 31st December
Normal office hours (08:45 to 17:00) resume on 4th January 2021
Customer Orders and Distribution –
29th, 30th & 31st December 2020
4th & 5th January 2021
If you require deliveries on the key dates highlighted; please ensure orders are received and confirmed no later than Wednesday 16th December.
Orders received after Wednesday 16th December are planned to be dispatched on Monday 4th January 2021 on the standard 2-day delivery service for delivery Wednesday 6th January (UK only).
Eire and Northern Ireland
If you require deliveries on the key dates highlighted; please ensure orders are received and confirmed no later than Thursday 10th December.
Orders received after Thursday 10th December are planned to be dispatched on Monday 4th January 2021 on the standard 3-day delivery service for delivery Thursday 7th January.
Please allow as much notice as possible bearing in mind your normal shipping and transit schedules.
For all emergency deliveries we will endeavor to provide stock and delivery options but this cannot be guaranteed, particularly for overseas requirements and a delivery surcharge will be made.
