Customer Support Coordinator

The Customer Support Coordinator will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction. Working efficiently and effectively with other departments across the business to ensure excellent customer service is reached.

 

Main Duties /Tasks-

• Input of customer orders onto AS400 system and sending order acknowledgements within 24-48 hours

• Forecasting customer requirements

• Telephone liaison with customer buying teams both proactively and reactively

• Liaising with the planning and production team to ensure orders are met and manage the customer expectations

• Managing supply from NPD, through to launch

• Issuing quotations to potential and existing customers

• Organising the sending out of samples to potential and existing customers

• Follow up calls to customers who have received samples

• Raising any supply issues to the Customer Support Manager

• General administrative support for the Business Development team

• Arranging customer commitments and ensuring customers have continual supply of bespoke products

• General duties as required by the needs of the business

• Answering the main telephone (supported by other office staff).

• Supporting other team members as and when required

• General administration

• Diary management

 

T&C's

• 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday - 8:45 – 17:00 – 45 min unpaid lunch break

• Free Parking

• Pension
